Registration is required to use the platform. You are obligated to provide truthful information and to keep your access credentials confidential.

4. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

Provide only accurate and up-to-date information
Have the legal right to rent out offered parking spaces
Not misuse the platform
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payments and Fees

Registration on the platform is free. zpark charges a service fee for facilitated bookings. The exact conditions are transparently displayed before completing a booking.

6. Liability

zpark is not liable for the condition of parking spaces, their availability, or the actions of users. zpark's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. zpark does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the user relationship at any time. zpark reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of violations of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

zpark reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
